This User Agreement shall be construed and governed in all respects by the law of India / Maharastra, India as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Pondicherry between Pondicherry residents and without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. This User Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between User and Vivinkaa with respect to the subject matter hereof and terminates, cancels, and supersedes any and all oral or written agreements, understandings, statements, representations, and warranties heretofore made relating to the subject matter hereof.
