Return Policy


1. How do I return a product?

case you don’t like any of the products that you have received or if you have received the wrong product no need to worry, You can place a return request on our website or call uS.

To return a product thru our website, just log in with your registered email id & go to the order section & place a return request.

You can place a return request either for the full order or partial order.

you can only return/replace items within 7 days of delivery. Kindly go thru the return policy to understand more details.

2. What is Vivinkaa 7 days return/replacement policy?

Vivinkaa offers a 7 days free return/exchange policy. It means that customer can raise a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery of product

Pls find below the checklist to be followed for returning the product

1. Kindly make sure that the products are returned with the original tags & packaging intact, needless to say, that it should be unused & undamaged.

2. Original customer invoice to be returned back with product.

3. Any freebie/combo to be returned with the product

Once the returned product is received by us we will do a thorough quality check & the refund will be only initiated once the product passes the quality check.

The refund will be credited to the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the request.

If the product does not pass the quality check (does not meet the above 3 criteria), then the product can be replaced & no refund will be initiated.

We will be happy to send the product back to you if you are willing to bear the reverse shipping expenses.

3. Will Vivinkaa arrange for pick up of the item for return/replacement

We have currently pick-up available only for certain selected pin codes. In case we can't pick you up from your location, you can self-ship the product to us & we will reimburse the shipping amount to you.

Pls, provide us with the airway/bill receipt before self shipping the product.

4. What details needs to be provided for bank NEFT transfer for COD refunds

The following details need to be provided

Bank account number

Account-holders name

IFSC Code (mentioned on the cheque)

Vivinkaa will not be liable for a refund done to an incorrect bank account because of an error that occurred while sending the bank details. Hence, requesting to cross-check the bank details before submission

5. Will I be refunded for the Cod charged as well for the returned product

The nominal cod charge shall not be refunded which is mentioned on the invoice

6. How long does it take to receive the refund of the product

The refund amount will get credited to your Credit card/Debit card/Net banking within 7 to 10 after the returned product has reached us & it passes the quality.

For COD orders, a refund will be initiated to the bank account provided by you.

7. Where do I self-ship my returned product?

Kindly self ship the product to the below mentioned address
